These terms govern your use of brandinai.co and the BrandinAI Chrome extension (together, the "Service"), operated by Aditya Kumar, trading as BrandinAI ("we," "us"), an individual based in Karnataka, India — BrandinAI is not currently operated through a separate registered company. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
BrandinAI queries AI assistants (via OpenRouter, on your behalf) with prompts you configure, finds Reddit threads relevant to your brand (via Apify), and generates draft Reddit comments for your review. The Service does not post anything to Reddit on your behalf — see §5.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles payment processing and applicable sales tax/VAT. Plans include usage limits (brands tracked, tracking prompts, Scan/Match frequency) as described on our billing page; exceeding them may require an upgrade. You can cancel anytime from the billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to generate content for brands you don't have authorization to represent, to impersonate someone else, or in a way that violates Reddit's own terms of service or content policy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or put it at legal risk.
5. You control what gets posted — we don't post for you
BrandinAI never logs into Reddit as you and never submits a comment automatically. Every draft is generated for your review; you decide whether to edit it, discard it, or post it yourself, from your own Reddit account. We're not responsible for the content of anything you choose to post — that decision, and its consequences (including under Reddit's own rules), is yours.
6. AI-generated content
Scan results and draft comments are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, outdated, or not reflect your brand accurately. Review everything before relying on it or posting it publicly.
7. Data and third parties
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and which subprocessors (Supabase, Paddle, OpenRouter, Apify) we share it with to run the Service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service changes; we'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service.
